This ambitious endeavor involved the strategic conversion and complete overhaul of a residential property, transforming it from eight one-bedroom apartments into four luxurious two-bedroom apartments. Additionally, we revitalized a 6-bedroom house, repurposing it into an upscale bed and breakfast, designed to cater to the discerning tastes of short-term visitors seeking the unique blend of comfort and elegance Miami Beach is known for.

Central to this renovation was the installation of new, high-quality windows and doors, enhancing both the aesthetic appeal and energy efficiency of the property. Our team meticulously worked on framing and drywall, ensuring the structural integrity and seamless beauty of the newly configured spaces. The plumbing and HVAC systems were completely overhauled to meet the latest standards in comfort and sustainability, providing an optimal living environment regardless of the season.
