For client, we embarked on an exciting project to modernize common areas in an office building that was developed in 1984. The goal was to update all bathrooms and create a modern kitchen and lounge space. Our objective was to construct an area that not only serves as a practical space for daily use but also as a hub for employees to relax and rejuvenate. The project scope included bathrooms located on 3 floors, one kitchen and lounge area
